The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning and implementing comprehensive orientation and training programs for nursing assistants as required by regulations.
This role requires direct participation in recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff while ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The incumbent must coordinate all required safety drills, maintain detailed records of in-services, and actively participate in government facility inspections.
