Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Patron customer service experience in high-volume library
Working knowledge of library procedures
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Reading knowledge of at least one non-English language
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with Boolean and advanced search techniques
Previous work experience with Interlibrary Loan software
Ability to troubleshoot technical and policy issues
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
