Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility, including monitoring census, planning programs, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Develops and executes creative ideas to increase employee engagement and minimize turnover, while also supporting clinical efforts and maintaining relationships with support teams and community leadership.
