The Connect and Assure Specialist is accountable for end-to-end ownership of business customer orders and incidents to drive efficient outcomes.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of telecommunications technologies including FTTN, FTTC, FTTP, and HFC with Tier 2 troubleshooting capabilities.
