Must-have

  • 10 years General Contractor or Electrical Contractor experience
  • 5 years directly involved with construction projects
  • Experience with manufacturing or industrial sector construction
  • Experience negotiating contract buyout and bids
  • Estimating and buyout for Electrical/Low Voltage subcontracts
  • Network of trade contractor relationships in electrical trade
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project/P6, Timberline, AutoCAD, or Revit

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working in Data Center environments
  • OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
  • Willingness to travel for installation and start-up activities
  • Experience with BMS and EPMS system integration systems

Key Requirements

  • 10 years of General Contractor or Electrical Contractor related construction experience
  • At least 5 years directly involved with construction projects
  • Existing network of regional or national trade contractor relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management (preferred)
