  • Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and per the physician treatment plan, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
  • Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
  • The essential functions of this position require significant physical abilities including frequent standing/walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, and talking/hearing, with the ability to exert significant force to move objects.
