Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and per the physician treatment plan, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
The essential functions of this position require significant physical abilities including frequent standing/walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, and talking/hearing, with the ability to exert significant force to move objects.
