The position requires managing hazardous materials, leading emergency response activities, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA and EPA.

Salary
Base: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00; Bonus: Variable annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, PTO

Key Requirements
Advanced Degree plus 6+ years EHS experience OR Bachelor's plus 8+ years
Minimum 5 years of direct leadership/management experience
Proficiency with Lean problem-solving tools like Kaizen and Six Sigma
