Job Summary
To provide advice and support in practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics; enabling the provision of specialist human resources expertise.
Work as a full member of the leadership team to develop people strategy and turn into actions, which clearly contributes to the Absa Bank Seychelles and as part of Absa’s strategic goals.
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Absa Policies and Policy Standards.
