Job Summary

  • To provide advice and support in practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics; enabling the provision of specialist human resources expertise.
  • Work as a full member of the leadership team to develop people strategy and turn into actions, which clearly contributes to the Absa Bank Seychelles and as part of Absa’s strategic goals.
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Absa Policies and Policy Standards.
