Job Summary
Manage the daily updates of the Portfolio Planning Tool (PPT) based on Change Request Forms (CRFs) and ensure alignment with the Lease Administration System.
Liaise with key stakeholders to obtain strategy updates and Estimated Rental Values (ERVs) for updating in PPT, and support the Estates Data Admin Coordinator.
Drive improvements in maintaining data updates in PPT, run reports to show changes processed, and coordinate updates for quarterly budget/forecast runs.
