Job Summary

  • Manage the daily updates of the Portfolio Planning Tool (PPT) based on Change Request Forms (CRFs) and ensure alignment with the Lease Administration System.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to obtain strategy updates and Estimated Rental Values (ERVs) for updating in PPT, and support the Estates Data Admin Coordinator.
  • Drive improvements in maintaining data updates in PPT, run reports to show changes processed, and coordinate updates for quarterly budget/forecast runs.
