Job Summary
As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements.
You will partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process centerline settings, and manage the R&M budget for the line.
This role requires building the technical and maintenance skills of technicians, spending at least 50% of your time on skill development and acting as a subject matter expert and trainer.

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in industrial reliability and strategic maintenance
Advanced knowledge of AM Step 4 and PM Step 3 systems
Advanced knowledge of RCM, RCA, TPM, Weibull, criticality analysis, and predictive maintenance
Experience with SAP PM/APM, Power BI, and monitoring tools
Familiarity with ISO 55000 and ISO 14224 standards
Advanced English (bilingual desirable)
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or similar
