Job Summary

  • As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements.
  • You will partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process centerline settings, and manage the R&M budget for the line.
  • This role requires building the technical and maintenance skills of technicians, spending at least 50% of your time on skill development and acting as a subject matter expert and trainer.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in industrial reliability and strategic maintenance
  • Advanced knowledge of AM Step 4 and PM Step 3 systems
  • Advanced knowledge of RCM, RCA, TPM, Weibull, criticality analysis, and predictive maintenance
  • Experience with SAP PM/APM, Power BI, and monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with ISO 55000 and ISO 14224 standards
  • Advanced English (bilingual desirable)
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or similar
