Primary Location Base Pay Range: $158,400 USD - $237,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $150,500 USD - $267,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure and/or Software engineering
  • 1+ years of experience in management roles or project leadership
  • 4+ years experience automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications with Docker or Kubernetes
  • 5+ years experience in building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS and Python ecosystem preferred)
  • Ability to architect, analyze, and support complex distributed systems
  • Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments
