Job Summary

  • Oversee end‑to‑end Patient Access functions—including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, authorizations, financial counseling, and point‑of‑service collections—ensuring high-quality performance across all access points.
  • Serve as a critical connection between Baystate leadership and Huron’s Managed Services organization, driving workflow optimization, standardization, staffing strategies, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy and Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
