TNA Solutions is seeking a Technical Services Engineer in Auckland, New Zealand, responsible for product trials, installations, maintenance, and customer support for their packaging and processing equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial electrical work, experience in field engineering, and excellent communication skills

Job Summary

  • Manage Product Trials and complete installation & commissioning in accordance with the customer’s specifications and layout documentation, whilst meeting the timelines.
  • Provide first, second and third level support, in relation to breakdowns and/or customer queries, responding by either telephone or site visits, and within set timeframes.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with all customers and provide feedback to the Sales Team regarding prospective capital investment obtained through such relationships.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of Bag making, Multihead Weighing, Check Weighers, Conveyors, Seasoning/flavouring, end of line automation, food processing
