Arbor Post Acute is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the PM shift. The role involves providing daily nursing care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing while adhering to care plans and facility protocols

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing, and maintaining dryness of gown, clothing, and linens.
