Job Summary

• To deliver, plan, and continuously improve effective and safe training that develops the competence of field operatives and stakeholders, translating technical knowledge into practical learning, supporting business needs, and promoting a strong service and safety culture.
• Participate in the training planning and training catalogue creation, have own trainings created and all training records updated in Workday Learning.
• Be a role model for safety, participate in incident or severe near miss investigations, and observe and evaluate safety and method passport assessments.
