Job Summary
As a Stator Manufacturing Technician, you will play a hands-on role in building stators for our electric engines supporting the Midnight aircraft.
You will execute winding, insulation, impregnation, and mechanical assembly processes for stator builds, working closely with Manufacturing and Design Engineering teams.
This position operates in a predominantly manual production environment, where strict adherence to work instructions, precision, and attention to detail are critical to success.

Key Requirements
Associate’s degree or 5+ years of manufacturing experience
Experience in R&D, prototype, or early production
Hands-on assembly of mechanical/electronic components
Experience using measurement and inspection equipment
Familiarity with 5S or similar methodologies
Experience with safety protocols (LOTO, arc flash, ESD)
