Job Summary

  • This role offers a rare opportunity to lead an established team delivering trusted electronic security support to Members of Parliament within a long-standing government contract.
  • The successful candidate will act as the main escalation point for the Help Desk team while ensuring high-quality service delivery across pre-sale, deployment, and in-life support phases.

Must-have

  • Team management experience in fast paced environment
  • Confident handling escalations under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent PC literacy with Microsoft Office

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in regulated or secure environment
  • Project or Programme Management experience
  • Knowledge of CBS, SAI, JDE, SMS, TMD, MAS
  • SharePoint or CEH experience

Key Requirements

  • NPPV3 & SC clearance required
  • Completion of Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • A Level or equivalent education; degree advantageous
