  • Trade qualified technician in Electrical Plumbing Carpentry or Air Conditioning Refrigeration
  • Minimum two years experience in hotel or resort maintenance environment
  • Proven leadership experience mentoring maintenance technicians
  • Experience coordinating contractors with permits and high-risk work compliance
  • Competent computer skills in MS Office and Building Management System Delta

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience as Building Maintenance Manager in hotel/resort
  • Trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, or AC/Refrigeration
  • Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia required

  • Confirmation of ability to perform inherent requirements of position
