Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years global markets documentation experience
Deep knowledge of ISDA Master Agreement and CSAs
Experience with interest rate swaps, FX, credit and equity derivatives
Strong negotiation skills for institutional counterparties
Knowledge of Variation Margin and Initial Margin regulations
Nice-to-have
Experience drafting confirmations and electronic trading docs
Familiarity with GMRAs, GMSLAs, and give-up agreements
Pragmatic attitude with collaborative team spirit
Ability to work independently in high-volume environment
Interest in sharing knowledge with colleagues
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years global markets documentation experience
Qualified Lawyer status required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical skills in resolving documentation issues
