This role serves as the strategic owner of end-to-end capital sales management for targeted accounts in the assigned geography, primarily responsible for identifying and targeting new accounts and competitively selling the DUALTO™ System.
Core capabilities include commercial & financial acumen with value-based selling and creative deal structuring, strong contracting & negotiation skills, stakeholder navigation across various hospital departments, and deep technical & clinical fluency.

Salary
Base: $114,000.00 - $182,850.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for sales incentive compensation program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, 401(k), long-term incentive program, vacation, sick time, holiday pay, work/personal/family time
