Job Summary

  • Responsible for patient support on the e-commerce platform to reach out and serve more users, manage and extend their DOT, and improve users’ brand affinity and satisfaction.
  • Ensure the effective execution of all assigned projects under the guidance of the project owner or line manager, including coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and addressing daily issues.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as patient communities, digital platforms, etc. for targeted patient support programs.
