The Learning Partner reports to the Head of Local Learning East and is part of the East Local Learning team with responsibility for population in China & SEA&I MCO.
Partner with in-market buiness and P&C stakeholders to understand up- and reskilling needs, collect local capability & skills gaps and requirements and share with the Head of Local Learning.
