• The Vice President, Enterprise Transformation provides executive leadership for enterprise-wide performance improvement, project management, and strategy deployment.
• This role aligns the organization around consistent methods, evidence-based practices, and the CHS Model for Improvement to achieve quality outcomes, patient safety, revenue enhancement, risk mitigation, and growth.
• The position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Franklin, TN and is full-time in-office.
