Headspace is seeking a Data Governance Manager to establish a robust data governance framework that ensures the responsible and effective use of data within the company. Job Summary

  • This role will build the governance foundation that makes it easy for teams to find, trust, and use data—while ensuring we meet the highest standards for security, privacy, compliance, and ethical AI.
  • A major measure of success will be building and sustaining a well-managed semantic/context layer (shared definitions, metrics, and meaning) that powers consistent analytics and unlocks new capabilities for AI and responsible automation.
