  • Facilitate the Agile development process and ensure the Scrum framework is effectively implemented across the ITOps delivery teams.
  • Guide and coach teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to achieve high performance & development velocity.
  • Act as a servant-leader, by promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability within teams and with external stakeholders if exist.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent English communication
