  • Receives incoming calls and emails from prospects and external recruiters, determines qualifications for business models, and logs results into the RJ Advisor Recruiting (ARC) database.
  • Cultivates relationships with external recruiters and recruiters/branch managers, promotes Referral Rewards, and performs other assigned duties.
