  • You will provide end-to-end support for complex applications, identifying issues, researching answers, and collaborating with vendors or team members to deliver solutions or workarounds.
  • You will analyze customer business processes to identify improvement opportunities and conduct gap analyses between customer requirements and Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality.
