You will provide end-to-end support for complex applications, identifying issues, researching answers, and collaborating with vendors or team members to deliver solutions or workarounds.
You will analyze customer business processes to identify improvement opportunities and conduct gap analyses between customer requirements and Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality.
