Job Summary

  • Manage and be responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and separations.
  • Ensure timely completion of background verification, vendor onboarding, and statutory documentation, while maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Generate HR dashboards and operational MIS reports, coordinate with the Payroll team for accurate inputs, and act as the SPOC for employee queries related to HR operations.
