Job Summary
As a Team Lead in the Vendor Clause Assessment Team (VCAT), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank's Global Procurement contract negotiations process and manage a team of VCAT Reviewers operating at the first-line of defense.
Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of VCAT Reviewers, acting as a subject matter expert reviewing risk-type and legal clauses modified by Suppliers, and guiding/supporting VCAT Reviewers on clause deviations and negotiation mandates.
