The Senior Event Manager manages the success of meetings and conventions requiring facilities of the Pennsylvania Convention Center by independently coordinating and directing the delivery of services to large conventions, exhibitions, and consumer shows.
This role involves meeting with customers to plan and organize events, coordinating activities with service contractors, and providing exceptional customer service.
The position requires the ability to work independently, multi-task effectively, and be available 24 hours per day in the event of an emergency impacting assigned events.
