  • Assists the County Engineer in managing and directing the development and implementation of engineering projects and programs, including planning, design, and construction.
  • Inspects roads, bridges, rights-of-way and drainage ditches, traveling throughout the county for on-site inspections, and compiles and maintains records for various rehabilitation or construction projects.
  • The employee is required to be on duty before, during, and after natural disasters and emergencies, as directed by the supervisor.
