Job Summary

  • Provide legal support to Mizuho Capital Markets, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and affiliated U.S. and non-US entities with respect to mergers & acquisitions, structured notes and other structured cash and derivatives products and Fixed Income business lines concerning transactional and regulatory matters.
  • Advise on deal-contingent hedges and related swaps, analyze merger and acquisition related materials, and provide dedicated coverage to existing structured note programs.
  • Work with business teams, support functions, and outside counsel to identify legal issues and solutions concerning various cash and derivatives structured transactions.
