This role owns planning system maturity, capacity modeling, ERP discipline, backlog segmentation, and cross-functional execution alignment to enable on-time delivery, working capital control, and sustainable growth.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
7+ years of manufacturing planning experience
Advanced Excel capability (including complex formulas, Power Query, and data modeling)
Demonstrated experience in capacity modeling and production planning
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of ERP planning architecture
Proven ability to lead and develop teams
Project leadership experience (ERP, systems, or process implementation)
