  • You advise on the introduction of capital market-ready reporting.
  • You lead our clients in the conversion of accounting to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS and are the contact person for complex accounting issues.
  • You support clients in the preparation of financial information, especially in company transactions (e.g., Carve-out Financial Statements).
