The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence across the plant by applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
This role acts as a change agent, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve performance, reduce variations, eliminate waste, and strengthen standard work processes.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience applying CI tools with proven track records in operation environments.
