In this role, you will manage engineering and maintenance services, ensuring service delivery in accordance with contractual obligations, financial and performance metrics, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Must-have

Manage engineering and maintenance services
Monitor operational status of electrical and mechanical equipment
Implement energy management initiatives
Manage all vendors and conduct audits
Develop and manage annual preventive maintenance plans
Nice-to-have
Experience in diplomatic environments
Familiarity with BEMS
Additional knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or architectural areas
Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in facilities management (hard services)
Specialized knowledge in electrical systems, HVAC, water supply and drainage/sanitation, and fire protection systems
Experience in coordinating technical specifications and executing work based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
