Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Technical responsibility for facility service delivery
  • Manage engineering and maintenance services
  • Monitor operational status of electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Implement energy management initiatives
  • Manage all vendors and conduct audits
  • Develop and manage annual preventive maintenance plans

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in diplomatic environments
  • Familiarity with BEMS
  • Additional knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or architectural areas

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in facilities management (hard services)
  • Specialized knowledge in electrical systems, HVAC, water supply and drainage/sanitation, and fire protection systems
  • Experience in coordinating technical specifications and executing work based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
