Job Summary
This role is a critical leadership position within Amgen’s Global Supply Chain organization, designed as an end-to-end Global Distribution Lead role.
The Director will be responsible for supporting and executing global distribution strategies for commercial and clinical operations across all pillars within Global Distribution such as Hubs operations, Compliance & Trade, Enablement and Warehouse & Transportation Strategies.

Key Requirements
Doctorate degree and 12 years of operations/supply chain experience OR Master’s degree and 15 years of operations/supply chain experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 20 years of operations/supply chain experience
Minimum 4 years of managerial experience directly leading people
10+ years of biopharmaceutical supply chain, logistics, or distribution experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated industry
