Key Requirements
Based in the North Bay
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of field-based sales, marketing, or business development experience
Proficiency with Salesforce and data analytics platforms
Valid driver's license with active insurance
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and empathetic listening abilities
Achievement-oriented mindset with proven track record
Ability to work independently
Comfortable with rapid change and growth
Experience in senior living, senior health, or healthcare sales is strongly preferred
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and senior care industry, preferred
Experience with value-based care models is preferred
