Job Summary

  • Responsible for site facilities operation, establishing operational procedures, and ensuring delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLA.
  • Manage all in house/contract vendors, initiate and maintain a Preventive Management Program, and ensure follow-up on BAC/AR closure as per SLA.
  • Build strong working relationships with key client representatives and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and procedures.
