Job Summary

• The Assoc Ops Sup Analyst is responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance with the Operations - Core Team.
• Responsibilities include building and running reports, researching and interpreting data, assisting in training team members, preparing basic presentations, and supporting trouble ticket resolution.
• The role requires assessing risk, driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, and applying sound ethical judgment.
