  • As the Principal Program Manager for the Innovation Track, you will own the end-to-end design, maintenance, and operationalization of this key track within Workday’s Partner Program.
  • Key responsibilities will include leading the design and rollout of our next generation Innovation Track including the buildout of Workday’s Agent Partner Network, Workday Data Cloud and consumption-based partner monetization models.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Product, or Partnerships
  • 3+ years of experience building and managing partner programs
  • Experience with ISV, AI, or agent-based partner ecosystems
  • Ability to define KPIs and analyze performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com
