  • As a Fixed Income Investment Product Senior Manager, you will lead a team of subject matter experts responsible for shaping, positioning, and advocating for Capital Group’s investment strategies.
  • You will drive the development and execution of the IPM business plan, strengthen cross‑functional alignment, identify new opportunities for asset class growth, and elevate the quality and impact of product insights and client‑facing materials.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years Fixed Income investment experience
  • 5+ years direct people management
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • FINRA licenses required (SIE, 7, 66, 24)
