Job Summary

  • We’re seeking a Principal UX Designer to join our Field Delivery team to own and evolve the end-to-end Progress Tracking workflow across mobile, web, and emerging agentic interfaces used in the construction field.
  • As a principal-level designer, you will operate with high autonomy, partnering closely with product, engineering, and research leadership to align on strategy, define durable experience frameworks, and elevate the craft and systems thinking of the broader team.
  • In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
