Job Summary

  • Lead complex customer technical engagements during the sales cycle, providing rapid, knowledgeable guidance and demonstrating advanced problem-solving ability and deep product expertise.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Commercial Leaders to support and shape sales strategy with customers by partnering with them for presentations and Q&A with customer stakeholders that have any questions about connectivity in the device and/or software.
  • Maintain and improve Technical Sales tools, talk tracks, response frameworks, and best practices that improve consistency, quality, and scalability across regions.
