Compass Health Center is seeking a Primary Clinical Therapist to provide individualized treatment plans for patients aged 12 and older facing mental health challenges. The role involves collaboration with various clinicians to ensure comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.

Job Summary
Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis, helping people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles.
As a Primary Therapist, you’ll work thoughtfully with our patients to develop and implement their individualized treatment plans, conducting individual therapy meetings and collaborating with patients’ outpatient teams.
This role will work with patients 18+ with the ability to also support our adolescents (ages 12+) in our Mood & Anxiety Program, while also offering the opportunity to be cross-trained within our specialty programs and services.
