Job Summary
Work closely with Veritas Enterprise Account to provide pre-sales technical coverage throughout the entire sales cycle either in direct engagement with end-users.
Cross selling and up-selling Veritas solutions into key and strategic partner-led installed bases.
Facilitate and help coordinate and drive customers’ technical escalation with Veritas support and/or consulting for post sales activities until resolution.
