The role requires strong leadership, operational acumen and coordination with various stakeholders to deliver seamless operations that uphold national security, public safety and customer service standards.
You will also identify opportunities for operational innovation, including digitalisation and smart facilities management, as well as lead service excellence initiatives to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Proven ability to manage contract management
Candidates with relevant experience in planning and implementing large scale operations will be an advantage
Candidates with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity may be considered for a senior role
