Job Summary
The Client & Customer Experience (C&CE) team is responsible for servicing Cigna customers across multiple lines of business and operating call centers effectively and efficiently.
This role will support critical analytical work impacting C&CE strategic priorities, including driving strategic improvements in customer experience and redesigning the destination servicing experience.
Advisors are expected to become subject-matter experts, thought leaders, and critical thought partners to leaders across C&CE, presenting to senior audiences.

Salary
Base: 112,800 - 188,000 USD / yearly; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Five years of relevant analytics or management consulting experience

Two years of building/managing business models
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
Four or more years of end-to-end model design and ownership
