  • Responsibilities include managing planned and reactive Hard FM services, operational performance, Health & Safety, Human Resource Management, and meeting quality & compliance standards.
  • The role involves leading energy management for the portfolio, ensuring buildings operate at optimum performance and energy is closely managed and reported on.

  • Ability to produce technical reports
  • Computer literate in CAFM, Word, Excel, Outlook
