  • Ability to process complex purchase orders up to $1M
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) certification
  • Prior experience in higher education sector
  • Knowledge of federal fund purchasing procedures
  • Experience with spend analysis reporting tools
  • Willingness to work remotely 3-4 days per week
